Clarence Preston "C.P." Copperthite

Retired, Lt. Col., USAF

C.P. passed away from the effects of a stroke on February 2, 2016 at the age of 84. His family includes his wife of 55 years, Suzie; his son, Craig; his daughter, Crystal, her husband, Larry and their children, Preston, Parker and Carina; his daughter, Cindy; her son, Chad and Cindy's husband, Shawn. C.P. served honorably in the USAF for 20 years as a B-47 and B-52 pilot. One of his fondest memories is of the friends with whom he served. His second career was 29 years with the City of Tucson. He retired as the Assistant City Clerk for Elections and cherished the many friendships he made. He enjoyed travel and family vacations. He was happiest being with his family and friends.
