Laurie Stark
Born April 19, 1935, passed away March 6, 2015. Predeceased by her parents, Mildred and Joseph Stark. Laurie had a genuine vibrant personality and leaves many dear friends and poker pals. Laurie, a college graduate, spoke several languages and spent her best working years as a shop manager and purser on cruise ships including Island Princess and Carla 'C'. She came to Tucson in 1983 on the recommendation of her dear friend, Annie and lived in NW Tucson including 20+ years in beautiful Oro Valley. Over 15 years ago Laurie started the inexpensive dating service Lunch Dates bringing singles together for friendships, engagements and marriages. At her request Laurie donated her body to SCIENCE CARE. Laurie will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
