ELLINGSON, Gary Neil
born September 28, 1943, in Boise, ID; later resided in Albuquerque, NM then Tucson, AZ. He passed at home on February 9, 2017 of pulmonary fibrosis after surviving cancer, at the age of 73. Predeceased by his parents, Ruby and Richard Ellingson. Also by two brothers, Robert Ellingson and Ernest Ellingson; and two sisters, Ruth Nettleton and Charlotte Toll. He is survived by his wife, Doris, and their daughters, Shelly Zellner and Shawna Lee; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and three sisters, Marie Chalifoux, Esther Hansen and Barbara Ellingson Buennagel. Army from 1960-1963 101st Airborne. He loved dancing with his wife. Hobbies: Jeep Club, RC plane builder, built a '33 Ford Vicky, volunteer work, wood and metal sculpture. A Moose member. He was a generous friend to everyone and deeply loved his family. No services.
