Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on November 8th, surrounded by her loving family. Julia was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; son, Frank Jr. and granddaughter, Beverly Harper. She is survived by her sons, Fred, Gary and Tim (Lupe); daughters, Theresa, Gloria (Barry) and Bettina (Robert); 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and Chi-Chi, her beloved dog. Julia worked at El Rio Health Center for over 30 years, as Director of Patient Services. Services will be held at 8:00 a.m., Friday, November 15, 2013 at Blessed Kateri Tekawitha Church, 507 West 29th St. A Celebration of her AMAZING Life will be held after the Mass.
