Steven A. Snyder

Born in Germany to William D. Snyder and Suzanne Parnell. Moved to Tucson end of 1955. Graduated from Rincon High School 1973 and UofA 1987 with a B.A. Creative Writing. This award winning poet and short story writer taught fiction and poetry tutorials and owned/managed a janitorial business for 19 years. He was a good swimmer and loved water sports. He loved hiking and backpacking the Grand Canyon, mountains around Tucson and S.E. Arizona. Survived by parents and brother, William Wade Snyder. He fought cancer courageously for the last 13 months of life and has now passed on into a more abundant eternal life.
