94, met our Lord in April of 2016. Fredrica earned her BA from Northwestern University and two Master Degrees from the University of Arizona. "Freddie's" impressive career culminated as Director of Special Services and Special Education at Sunnyside School District and Marana School District. A pillar of the Tucson Community, Fredrica served on the Human Rights and Ethics Committee and the Beacon Foundation as Board of Director and Board President. Fredrica was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, William Powell and is survived by her children, Bill and Rica. A glorious Memorial to her devoted life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2016 at St. Michael's and All Angel's, 602 N. Wilmot Rd., Tucson.
