BERNEY, Penny, even as the sun sets here on earth a new star rises in heaven 1944 - 2012, Penny Berney passed away July 13, 2012. Survived by husband, Larry Berney; four daughters, Malinda Starr, Ann Marie Starr, Sherrie Bush and Annette Wolfkeil; seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
