Bruno Lopez
Our Brother Bruno Lopez aka Brooksey was lovingly welcomed into heaven by our mothers warm embrace and guided by our dad and Danny Boy. This was unexpected and our entire family is completely devastated. Brooksey was a lifetime Dallas Cowboys fan, singing, playing the guitar while hanging out with his friends from the neighborhood were some of his favorite past times. Being with his family and listening to his favorite Beatles music was also a favorite thing to do. He also liked to read newspapers, books and magazines. Brookseys smile, his kindness and compassion for family, friends and stray animals will remain with us always. Brooksey is preceded in death by his dad, Bruno Lopez; mom, Maria and nephew, Danny Boy. He is survived by his two children, Bruno Jr. and Valerie and 13 grandchildren; brothers, Carlos (Mary), Angel (Veronica), Yoli (Scott), Maricela (John), David and Frank; 27 nephews and 28 nieces. His special friend Jennifer and two other close and dear friends, Arnie and Catherine. A special thank you to all his attending doctors Dr. Maric, Dr. Gavlick, Dr. Von Haag, Dr. Oliver and Dr. Puri. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 13, 2013 at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY, South Chapel from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, Mass at Santa Cruz Church at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery.
