Catherine Evon Wierzbicki

A resident of Tucson, she was born December 6, 1942 and went to be with her Heavenly Father, October 26, 2011. Catherine is survived by her husband, Paul Anthony Wierzbicki; son, Alvin Morris Wierzbicki; daughter-in-law, Jessica Spenny and grandson, Shea Douglas Wierzbicki. Catherine was the daughter of Clifford and Cecilia Morris, both deceased, of Knoxville, Maryland. She is also survived by two sisters, Joan Cecilia (Kersey) Jones of Havre De Grace, MD and Pearl Ardella (Thomas) Roberts of Frederick, MD and brother, Clifford Francis (Irene) Morris of Frederick, MD and by Eve Jacqueline Saenz, whom she called her adopted sister. Catherine received her Nursing degree from Mercy Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She worked as an RN in several hospitals in Baltimore before moving to Detroit, MI, where she met her husband, Paul. She and Paul later moved to Tucson where she continued her nursing career. In Tucson, Catherine worked at Northwest Medical Center and the University Medical Center. The family will receive friends for Viewing on Monday, October 31, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., followed by A Celebration of Life Ceremony at 11:00 a.m. at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, N. Oracle & W.
