Our sweet mother passed peacefully on Thanksgiving Day, a beautiful day that truly represented what she was all about: gathering family and friends close to our hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jaime D. Hooper; her son, Phillip and her parents, Maria Cota and Philip Arvizu. She is survived by her daughters, Bernie (Chet) Norris and Geri (Steve) Wharam; grandchildren, Chris, David, Jamie, Jacque, Mitch and Larry and seven great-grandchildren. Mama, you will be so greatly missed by so many and our love for you goes beyond words.
