GODFREY, Bobby Bailey "Bob", was born on November 17, 1943 and on June 25, 2017 passed peacefully into the loving presence of our Heavenly Father. As a child Bob spent many years under the care of the Shriners Crippled Childrens Hospital and as an adult gave tirelessly of his time, talent and resources to help other children who had disabilities of any sort. Bob was a much loved and respected music educator, band and choral director. He served for 12 years in the Santa Cruz Valley High School in Eloy, and 29 years with the Sunnyside School District at Apollo Middle School. Bob also served as Bandmaster for the Shriners for many years. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, May Patterson Godfrey and leaves behind his 104 year young aunt, Geneva Patterson; his sister, Nancy Lupo and her husband, Dan; nephew, Dan Jr. and his daughter, Sarah; and niece, Elisa and her daughter, Makenna who will always love and cherish his memory.
