Harry Papadakis
was born on January 16, 1949 in Gary, Indiana to Christos and Katina Papadakis. He reposed in the Lord on March 24, 2012 in Tucson. A 1971 Purdue Alumni, a proud pillar of the Greek Community, a youth advisor, an active member and past president of AHEPA and served many times as president of the parish council of St Demetrios. Survived by his loving wife, Michelle; children, Gina and Michael; brother, Tom Papadakis; aunt, Angela Kotsinis and all of his extended family, sister-in-law, Lynn Mammas; nephews, Nicholas, Stephen and Christian. Visitation will be at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 1145 E. Ft. Lowell, Tucson from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a Trisagion Service at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening, March 29, 2012. Funeral Service will be at St. Demetrios Church on Friday Morning, March 30, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with concluding service and interment in Evergreen Cemetery.
