Nydia Renee Gutierrez
Born August 23, 1963, Eternal Rest October 23, 2013. Preceded in death by her brother, Michael Aponte and Maternal Grandparents. She is survived by her husband, Tony; son, Nikolia and daughter, Nicole. Her parents, Luis and Lydia Aponte and her brother, Carlos. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Renee worked at Southwest Coast Winery in Temecula, CA as the Manager of their Wine Club. She worked there for six years as a Coordinator of all their events. She loved her job, the people she worked with and of course her wine. To say that Renee was an extraordinary woman would be an understatement. She was one of a kind, selfless, passionate and ALWAYS happy. For her job Renee was forced to wear black and she grew to hate the color black. She made it perfectly clear many times that when she died NO ONE wear black. Her favorite color was Purple and as a tribute to her we ask that you display this color. Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Our Mother of Sorrows Church on 1800 S. Kolb at 10:00 a.m. She will not be interned in Tucson so in lieu of flowers the family has set up: The Nydia Renee Gutierrez Memorial Fund at the Wells Fargo Bank Account #5873622053 use any Tucson Location.
