SFC Ricardo L. Lopez
United States Army, left our world and joined the loving embrace of our Savior Jesus Christ on November 11, 2014. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margarita; his children, Cynthia De La Rosa (Joseph), Patsy Ranjel (Albert), Terri Jaurigue (Marty), Ricardo Lopez Jr. (Martha) and Alicia Lopez; sister, Dolores Gonzales; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Manuelita Lopez and siblings, Herlinda Prieto, Rogelio Lopez, Alejandro Lopez, Hortencia Buelna and Catalina Valdez. He was loved and respected by the many people he worked with and all those he met throughout his life. He proudly served his country in the Korean War. His spirit will live in our hearts forever. We would like to thank Ann Reeves, Crystal, Irma, Jean Luc, Maria, Miguel, Roxanne, Thelma, Tyrone and Victorine for their loving care. Visitation will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (South Chapel) 240 S. Stone Ave., with a Rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. Mass will follow, 10:30 a.m. at St. Augustine's Cathedral, 192 S. Stone Ave. Interment at Holy Hope Cemetery.
