WILLIAMS, LuAnn Koepke
Went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2016. She was born in Minneapolis, the second of seven children. Preceded in death by first husband, Dr. Glenn Koepke and sisters, Mary and Joyce. Survived by her second husband, General Gordon Williams; children, Kym (Steve), Hugh, and Kel (Demirus); grandchildren, Katie (Carlos), Kelsey, Bryn, and Bray; great-grandchildren, Mariah and Anyssa; siblings, Janet, George, Judy, and Susan. LuAnn first arrived in Tucson with her late husband, Glenn, in 1968, becoming an active member of the community and a business owner, running the Tucson Airport Information Centers and Welcome Newcomers. She became an avid tennis player in her 40's, developing many life-long friends. LuAnn's ready smile and outgoing personality went with her everywhere, and will be missed by many. Donations can be made to Angel Charity for Children, Inc. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the San Pedro Chapel, 5230 E. Ft. Lowell Rd., in Tucson.
