Two shows, a workshop
Carol Queen will present a reading, two shows and a workshop during this week's visit to Tucson.
The free reading is at 7 p.m. tonight at Antigone Books, 411 N. Fourth Ave.
She will perform "Peep Show" at 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Cabaret Theatre, upstairs at the Temple of Music and Art, 330 S. Scott Ave. Tickets are $20 at the door or $18 in advance at Antigone. Although she will be clothed throughout the 90-minute show, the language is explicit.
The workshop, "Exhibitionism for the Shy," will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cabaret and runs about 2 2/3 hours. It is limited to 15 participants. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
