Jeffrey Zoub
lost his battle with brain cancer on May 14, 2015. Survived by his wife, Suzie, Jeff was 59 years young. He was an ideal husband, an attentive son to mom, Barbara Zoub and a loving dad to his dog, Murphy. He worked as an immigration attorney and financial advisor. He was also a nationally ranked semi-professional tennis player and a world traveler. Jeff had a green thumb, and his plants flourished with his TLC. He had a brilliant mind, a photographic memory, and a dry sense of humor. He deflected the gravity of his illness with brain tumor humor: "providing the best humor for the next 6-8 months" and his words of advice were: "1.) avoid brain cancer and 2.) avoid brain cancer." His favorite quote was by Roger Ebert: "I was perfectly content before I was born and I think of death as the same state." Jeff generously donated to Suzie's nonprofit, Comedy for Charity, Inc. and was its biggest sponsor. Donations in his memory can be made at: www.crowdrise.com. A Celebration of Jeff's life and eternal love will be held in Tucson in September.
