Getting there
From Tucson, take Interstate 10 northwest to Phoenix. Continue north on Interstate 17 and exit onto Arizona 179 to Sedona. From Sedona drive north on Arizona 89A to the trailhead parking area on the left between Mileposts 385 and 384. Day use fee is $8 per vehicle.
