Have you been itching to get back on your bike or get your teenagers interested in cycling?
Getting back on your bike is just one topic covered in free classes that are being offered by the Pima County Bicycle and Pedestrian Program and the League of American Bicyclists during September and October.
Other topics include a University of Arizona-area bike ride, mountain biking, confidence, training and fitness and mechanics.
Most classes are recommended for adults and youth ages 16 and up. Teens 13 to 15 are allowed with a parent.
As an added bonus, many of the classes come with free stuff.
A schedule of classes and sign-up information can be found online at: BikePed.pima.gov
