Frank Tomizuka stands in his kitchen which will be on the 2015 Sam Hughes Neighborhood Home Tour on Sunday, April 12 from noon to 5 pm. Along with his wife, Kim Fitzpatrick, they renovated the room by raising the ceiling, added floor tiles, exposed the chimney backdrop next to their stove, replaced the cabinets and countertops.
