It recommends, for example, placing the pattern on the pumpkin, then poking holes along the pattern's edges. If necessary, directions continue, drill holes through to the pumpkin's center. The patterns are free and pretty cool. Some are funny, like pumpkin pi; some are creepy, like a skull or Frankenstein.
