Sierra Vista police arrested 34-year-old Jessie Blair man on Sept. 29, after receiving a report that he may be having an ongoing sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female from Fort Huachuca, authorities said.
At about 4 a.m., Blair was stopped while entering Fort Huachuca through the Van Deman gate. Military police discovered that Blair was transporting a 17-year-old female who had been reported as a runaway juvenile.
Sierra Vista police followed up on this report and discovered that Blair had allegedly been having a sexual relationship with the minor since 2014, according to a department news release.
At about 5:40 p.m., detectuves executed a search warrant at Blair's residence, where he was arrested without incident.
He is being charged with sexual conduct with a minor, aggravated luring of minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor. The investigation continues as evidence seized during the search is analyzed. Additional charges may be filed at a later date.
