The Mayer family has dramatically grown their business from a small cider mill, to being one of the largest family-owned beverage bottling companies in the northeastern United States. Located in West Seneca, they are best known for the Cider Mill and Bakery that opened in 1852.

The main building of Mayer Brothers Cider Mill & Bakery, which housed the original 1852 cider press that let generations of families have jugs filled with fresh apple cider. It has been converted to the Mayer Brothers Cider Mill and Bakery store that still delights customers today. This building is on the National Registry of Historic Sites.
