Covid-19 infection rates on both sides of the border have plummeted to lows not seen since early last year.
“Canada would be in a position to welcome fully vaccinated travelers from all countries by early September,” the readout from the prime minister's office said.
"It is the beginning of the end, a bright spot in an otherwise dark tunnel," said Rep. Brian Higgins.
