Marcus Talley, the son of Geraldine Talley, talked about the last time he spoke with his mother. He texted her to wish her a Happy Mother’s Day. “I never thought that it would be the last time I would speak to her or hear from her. I never would have thought my mother would be shot dead,” he said. His family, along with the families of three other victims, are working with attorney Ben Crump and plan to sue the gun manufacturers who made the weapons that the Tops gunman used to kill 10 people and wound three.
