An 18-year old woman was killed Sunday in Green Valley when her golf cart rolled over, a Pima County Sheriff’s Department official said.
The accident occurred off the roadway of the 2400 block of South Abrego Drive, said Don Anderson, communications shift supervisor for the Sheriff’s Department. The department received a call at 6:06 p.m., he said.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was taken to University Medical Center, he said.
