Several 911 calls just after midnight led Northwest Fire District units to an RV fire on Tucson’s northwest side.
Firefighters found a 38-foot diesel pusher RV on fire on the 6800 block of North Bobcat Ridge Trail near Ina and Silverbell, district spokesman Adam Goldberg said in a news release Monday morning.
The couple who lived in the RV were safely evacuated. No injuries were reported. The flames threatened to damage a nearby house, but the fire was extinguished before any damage to the house occurred.
The fire’s cause is under investigation. No damage estimates have been established yet.
