Daily Star staff photographer Kelly Presnell photographed Rincon swimmers Kristen Alicea-Jorgensen and Eleora Bailey using a GoPro remote video camera. Kelly mounted the camera in an underwater housing to the end of the monopod, then extended the monopod underwater as the swimmers came by. The camera cannot be tripped remotely in this instance, so he set it to shoot two pictures every second and turned if off when he pulled it out of the water. Needless to say, he spent more time deleting unusable images than usual.
Underwater without getting wet
