An arrest warrant has been obtained in the gang-related shooting death of a man at a strip mall.
Juan Diego Ramirez, 22, is wanted on suspicion of second-degree murder, aggravated assault and kidnapping in connection with the slaying of David W. Salas, 26.
Salas got into an argument Aug. 2 in a barbershop at 918 W. Irvington Road, just east of Interstate 19, which led to a fistfight outside.
When gunfire erupted, Salas was struck and pronounced dead shortly thereafter, police said.
Ramirez is a Tucson resident.
