The Star launched its new Android app today. The application provides all the StarNet news and information you rely on in a smaller package. Here's a quick tour.
On the top of the main screen are three top stories with big images. Swipe left and right to cycle through the carousel. Below you will find the latest headlines that are update frequently throughout the day.
Tapping on the "sections" button will display a menu of other content.
On the weather screen we display the current conditions. Flip the screen 90 degrees and you will get a five-day forecast.
Browse through the Classifieds, obituaries and movie times, too. The traffic incident screen has an option that will speak accidents and radar van locations to you if you so desire.
