Freecycle swap event happening Saturday

Now, that the holidays are over, what are you going to do with all the stuff well-meaning friends and family gave you that you'll never use?

Swap it, of course.

The Freecycle Post-holiday Swap gives you the chance to swap out items that are in good condition for things you'll actually use with other community members. Just don't bring large items such as appliances or motorcycles.

The event takes place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Woods Memorial Public Library, 3455 N. First Ave. 

Shredding services will also be provided.
