TUSD students can take advantage of free back-to-school haircuts July 27 at the Wakefield Family Resource Center.
The haircuts will be given by licensed barbers and stylists from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the former Wakefield Middle School, 101 W. 44th Street.
