The Tucson Unified School District Governing Board appointed three existing employees to administrative roles Tuesday.
Charlotte Patterson, principal of Project MORE, is the new director of student placement and community outreach.
Kellond Elementary School Principal Scott Hagerman was named director of exceptional education.
Elaine House, an exceptional education ombudsperson, was appointed assistant director of exceptional education.
Board member Mark Stegeman abstained from voting on the appointments due to lack of information, he said.
