Catalina Community Center is staging an 11 a.m. Saturday grand re-opening to show off its stable of upgrades.
The facility, at 16562 N. Oracle Road, was one of eight community centers to undergo renovations that cost a total of $1.3 million. Additions include air conditioning, ceiling tile replacement, interior and exterior painting, new flooring and a new fire alarm system.
