The front of the Derrig House faces Fourth Avenue. The home was built in 1888, Bill Duffy and Ken Peoples bought the house a year and a half ago. The home is named after Martin and Jennie Derrig who lived in the home with their two sons. They lived in the house from 1895 until Jennie's death in 1910. The Derrig House is part of the upcoming Armory Park Home Tour on November 14. Friday October 24, 2015.

The dining room and kitchen in the Derrig House which is now owned by Bill Duffy and Ken Peoples. The couple bought the 1888 home and did some renovations. The home will be featured on the upcoming Armory Park Home Tour on November 14. Friday October 24, 2015.

The Derrig House is part of the upcoming Armory Park Home Tour. It was built in 1888 and has a long history of being occupied by Southern Pacific railroad workers. The home is named after Martin and Jennie Derrig who lived in the home with their two sons. They lived in the house from 1895 until Jennie's death in 1910. Friday October 24, 2015.

Bill Duffy and Ken Peoples framed old family photos from the 1800's to decorate the entry way of the Derrig House, which was built in 1888. The home is named after Martin and Jennie Derrig who lived in the home with their two sons. They lived in the house from 1895 until Jennie's death in 1910. Old railroad ties from the Southern Pacific railroad were used in the ceiling in the entry way of the Derrig House which is now owned by Bill Duffy and Ken Peoples.
