Two Tucson men have been arrested in connection with the armed robbery of a Domino's Pizza on the city's southeast side, police said.
The Domino's at 8045 S. Rita Road was robbed about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday. No one was injured and a worker described the getaway car to officers, Sgt. Chris Widmer said in a news release.
A vehicle matching the description was later located at Purple Heart Park, near East Rita and South Houghton roads, and two men in the car were arrested without incident.
Police say Arthur Welsh 21, entered the Domino's through an unlocked door just as it was closing and robbed it a gunpoint.
Matthew Cuff, 20, was seen outside the Domino's during the robbery, Widmer said in the release.
Welsh was booked into the Pima County jail on suspicion of armed robbery, aggravated robbery and kidnapping. Cuff was book on suspicion of armed robbery and aggravated robbery, Widmer said.
