A small electrical fire at a south-side home displaced a family of seven.
A family of two adults, five children and a dog are being helped by the Grand Canyon chapter of American Red Cross after a fire at their home near South Del Moral Boulevard and East Drexel Road.
There was an electrical breaker box that may have been sparking, according to Capt. Barrett Baker, a Tucson Fire Department spokesman.
Tucson Fire units and City of Tucson developmental services were dispatched to the scene. An electrical problem led inspectors to believe that the home was not safe for the family to stay in.
