A woman is facing drug charges after Pinal County deputies say she responded to an advertisement they placed on Craigslist seeking marijuana.
Lisa George, 28, of Mesa, was booked in the Pinal County jail this week on suspicion of possession, transport and sale of marijuana, using electronic communication for drug-related transactions, possession of drug paraphernalia, conspiracy and child endangerment, according to an agency news release.
On Aug. 12, George responded to the online ad saying she could supply marijuana to the undercover detective. Investigators say they bought 29 grams of pot from her boyfriend in August, 29 grams from George in September and a quarter-pound from her on Tuesday.
The department is seeking charges against her boyfriend in the August deal, the news release said.
