The inaugural Día de los Muertos Street Art Festival at Park Place mall featured live mariachi music, an All Souls Procession Community Ofrenda, sugar skull and face painting, a Kids Chalk Art Zone sponsored by Rio Nuevo, live 3D chalk art, and mural paintings.

The event ended with the unveiling of "Sonoran Skylines" by muralist Jessica Gonzales, the brand new 26,000-square-foot piece is now the largest mural in the United States.
