Locals joined Joseph Blair at Palo Verde Park, near Broadway and Kolb Road, for the unveiling of the Judith “Mama” Blair Basketball Courts on Saturday morning.
The City of Tucson, Tucson Conquistadors, Kyle Kuzma family foundation and other local donors helped transform an area of tennis courts into top-end basketball courts.
