Hundreds of people look at arts and crafts booths during the 50th annual Fourth Avenue Winter Street Fair on N. 4th Ave. on December 13th, 2019.
The street fair runs along 4th Ave, between E. University Blvd. and E. 8th st. from 10am to dusk on December 13th through 15th. There are more than 350 arts and crafts booths as well as 50 food vendors, two stages and local musicians.Â
