U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem rallied hundreds of federal personnel at the Arizona/Mexico border near Nogales for a press conference on Wednesday morning.

Noem was joined on stage by acting ICE director Todd Lyons, Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott, and President for the National Border Patrol Council Paul Perez.
