South Tucson police have arrested a 70-year-old man they say paid a 12-year-old girl to let him take nude photos of her in an alley.
Richard H. Wilson was booked into the Pima County jail Tuesday morning on suspicion of molestation of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a South Tucson Police Department news release.
Police say Wilson approached a 12-year-old girl Monday evening in the parking lot at the McDonald’s at 1901 S. Sixth Avenue and offered to pay her a “large sum of money” to let him take photos of her, the release said.
The girl rode with Wilson to a nearby alley, where he directed her to expose her private areas, the release said.
Wilson took photos and video of the girl, and also physically touched her, according to the release.
