Cochise County search-and-rescue teams have found a 15-year-old boy who had gone missing on a hike near Bisbee.
The sheriff's office said the boy was found alive and is being checked by medical personnel as of 1:30 p.m.
Officials received a call at about 10:15 a.m. today from a Bisbee resident who said his son was missing after going for a hike in the Mule Mountains.
The man said he received a call from his son around 8:30 a.m. and the boy told him he was out of water and out of breath and did not know where he was, the sheriff's department said in a Facebook posting. The man said his son told him he was east of "B" Mountain in Bisbee at some point, but the last time they talked he said he could no longer see the mountain.
