A memorial fund has been established to help the family of a Tucsonan killed in a car crash on Christmas Eve.
People can donate to the Matthew Teschner Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo bank.
Teschner, 19, was killed when the car he was driving plunged off a highway into a canyon on U.S. Route 60 near Show Low at about 7 p.m.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the car missed a turn, went off the road, and plunged about 1,000 feet down the Salt River Canyon.
Passenger Kimberly Montoya, also 19, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to the DPS.
