College students interested in an accelerated college program can turn to Pima Community College.
PCC will offer a one-year Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. The new Sprint Schedule will be available at the East Campus and will require students to maintain an aggressive load of traditional and online courses over a calendar year.
"Anyone who is willing and able to make the commitment, the payoff is huge: Completion of an associate degree in just one year," said East Campus Vice President of Instruction Deborah Yoklic.
The program starts in Spring 2013 and successful students could complete their degree by the end of the Fall 2013 semester.
Registration for Sprint Schedule classes begins Monday, Nov. 12. The schedule of classes is available online at www.pima.edu/schedule.
