Man, 77, killed in crash on Tucson's east side

The 41-year-old woman was walking about 4:15 a.m. in the 900 block of West Valencia near Interstate 19 when she was struck, Tucson police say.

A boy shot at two men. They shot back. A 12-year-old and a 54-year-old man are dead, Tucson police say.

One driver in the two-car wreck was driving without headlights on and the other driver ran a stop sign, Tucson police say.

Tucson police had not released details about the shooting that occurred Saturday night at a convenience store on the city's east side.

Piero A. Hernandez, 29, was arrested at a boarding gate at LAX, Tucson police said.

The 88-woman was a passenger in a car hit in the 9200 block of East Old Spanish Trail, Tucson police say.
