Just Walk, a Walk With a Doc program, resumes Saturday at the same place - Rillito River Park - but at a later time.
Dermatologist Dr. Bruce Lynn, who also led the June walk, will lead this one starting at 8 a.m. on the east side of North Swan Road, south bank. He will speak briefly about sun safety.
Walkers should arrive by 7:50 to sign in. There will be one- and two-mile walk options. Pets on leashes are welcome. Walkers should bring water and snacks.
The Pima County Medical Society provides the physician walk leaders the second Saturday of every month. Family physician Michael Hamant and oncologist Ana Maria Lopez will lead the Nov. 10 walk, and cardiothoracic surgeon Jess Thompson will speak and walk Dec. 8.
