Vice President Kamala Harris is vetting four potential candidates — including Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly — as she races to choose a running mate for her presidential campaign, according to Associated Press sources. Kelly is a former astronaut and military pilot. He's also the husband of Gabby Giffords, the former Democratic representative from Tucson who was wounded in a mass shooting in 2011.
