Tucson Electric Power workers help resident string lights in difficult-to-reach places in preparation for the 2019 70th annual Winterhaven Festival of Lights, Tucson Electric Power employees hung lights on large trees on N. Christmas Ave. TEP workers will hang about two miles of Christmas lights throughout Winterhaven. The Festival of Lights is 6-10 p.m., Dec. 14–29.
